CBT is really useful in being able to understand and deconstruct thought patterns. Kinda hard to explain but it’s so useful, because you can break it down as well as understand the physical responses your body has to them.
I did find the stuff he taught me really useful but he works in utah and I live in CA :( I’m trying to find a new therapist right now but finding one you can connect with is such a pain.
